Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 6+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
- 2+ years experience as a Senior QA Engineer.
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript or Go.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Cloud certification and experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
- Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Travis CI).
- Knowledge of database technologies and SQL.
- Experience with API testing using OpenAPI, Swagger or gRPC.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies and QA best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the organisation’s quality assurance strategy and roadmap.
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies across the software development lifecycle.
- Assess and triage the impact and scope of issues identified during testing.
- Architect and develop scalable, maintainable automation frameworks for functional, regression and performance testing.
- Integrate automated tests and testing frameworks into CI workflows.
- Evaluate and select testing tools, including AI agents for self-serve quality.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Operations to align quality standards with business goals.
- Provide technical guidance to QA engineers and act as a subject matter expert.
