Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in interior architecture or interior design (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency with design and modeling software, including Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong documentation and presentation capability.
- Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Experience managing complex or large-scale project components.
- NCIDQ certified.
- Expertise in hospitality planning, programming, accessibility, and life-safety requirements.
- Proficiency in finish specifications, lighting coordination, millwork detailing, and FF&E.
Responsibilities
- Oversee specific technical aspects of interior projects from preliminary design through coordinated solutions and documentation.
- Provide professional design leadership during planning and execution phases of projects, supporting design intent and project outcomes.
- Independently apply advanced interior design concepts and develop improved methods, tools, and solutions as needed.
- Guide less experienced staff and manage portions of project teams, supporting mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze complex design issues and develop actionable recommendations and solutions.
- Maintain robust communication with all project stakeholders to ensure coordination, quality, and consistency.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the firm, as assigned.
