Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, or delivery for enterprise software systems.
- 5+ years of experience developing end-user training for ERP, HCM, or cloud-based applications (Oracle, SAP, Workday).
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Practical experience with SCORM and xAPI content standards.
- Demonstrated ability to develop role-based curricula across diverse learning environments.
- Strong ability to translate complex software functionality into clear learning content.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams.
- Ability to obtain a CoPT.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analyses for individual agency migrations.
- Design role-based Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM curricula for diverse user groups.
- Develop interactive, self-paced e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Create SCORM- and xAPI-compliant digital learning content.
- Develop instructor-led materials, including facilitator guides and participant workbooks.
- Deliver train-the-trainer programs for agency super-users.
- Produce job aids, quick reference guides, and contextual help materials.
- Manage training-environment requirements and practice scenarios.
- Develop knowledge checks and training effectiveness assessments using Kirkpatrick-based approaches.
- Maintain training materials to reflect quarterly Oracle releases.
