Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in a sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to prospecting and opportunity creation.
- Strong closing skills with the ability to handle objections and build urgency.
- Organized with the ability to maintain a consistent pipeline and report performance.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or ClickUp.
- Genuine interest in digital marketing and agency sales.
- Ability to work in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn to build and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Manage inbound leads to convert enquiries into booked calls and closed deals.
- Conduct discovery calls and service presentations tailored to dental and healthcare practice owners.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and deal status in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, forecasts, and results to management.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Client Success teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Refine sales scripts and outreach strategies based on performance data.
