Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or community management.
- Proven experience with cold outreach.
- Active participation in the digital nomad lifestyle and community.
- Familiarity with colivings, nomad communities, and associated events.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-directed work style with the ability to build and test playbooks.
- Detail-oriented mindset to navigate regulatory requirements.
- Bonus: Experience in insurance, fintech, travel, or subscription products.
- Ability to work with overlap around German business hours.
Responsibilities
- Build target lists and conduct cold outreach via email, calls, DMs, and in-person meetings at events.
- Sign new referral partners and facilitate their onboarding.
- Manage activation and business development conversations with existing partners to unlock more placements.
- Maintain the CRM as a proactive outreach engine to ensure data is clean and updated.
- Develop and implement automations, outreach sequences, and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate partner acquisition.
