Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (Mandatory)
- Master's degree (preferred)
- SEL, coaching, or mental-health-specific certification (e.g., ICF, IPEC, PPS Credential, CASEL, Mental Health First Aid) (strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of experience designing or leading structured group sessions or programs for children
- Demonstrated experience delivering structured programming in a virtual/remote group format
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using Zoom and Google Suite
- Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week during peak hours
- Fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet working space
Responsibilities
- Lead live online SEL group sessions for youth ages 4-16 years
- Deliver structured social-emotional learning activities and games that build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills
- Build positive relationships with participants and foster an inclusive, emotionally safe group space
- Manage group dynamics and respond calmly to behavioral or emotional disruptions during live sessions
- Monitor and assess individual and group progress
