Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of software engineering experience building complex production systems.
Deep experience with .NET/C# and Azure Cloud Services.
Experience designing distributed backend systems using DDD, CQRS, and event-driven architectures.
Experience building payment infrastructure, card issuing, or transaction processing systems.
Strong understanding of reliability, observability, automated testing, and incident management.
Proven ability to own complex technical initiatives from architecture through production.
Experience navigating security, compliance, and operational considerations in financial systems.
Proven experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools across the software lifecycle.
Ability to mentor and strengthen engineering practices through code reviews and pairing.

Build and evolve scalable card issuing, transaction processing and settlement systems.
Design reliable integrations across Stripe, banking partners and internal platforms.
Own complex technical initiatives from design through production.
Contribute to the architecture of event-driven, distributed backend systems.
Build resilient payment systems that operate within regulatory, compliance and risk requirements.
Improve the reliability, observability and performance of production systems.
Partner with Product, Engineering and Infrastructure teams.
Leverage AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
Mentor and support engineers through pairing, code reviews and technical guidance.
