4+ years of implementation experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
Functional experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud with direct customer interaction.
Experience facilitating global design workshops and configuring Oracle Cloud best practices.
Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, project management, or procurement business processes.
Ability to communicate complex process and application trade-offs.
Proficiency in identifying application gaps and providing functional designs.
Oracle Certifications in Finance, PPM, and/or Procurement modules.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Ability to work effectively in a remote model.
Ability to travel up to 25% for client on-site needs.

Understand customer stakeholder goals and objectives to visualize success.
Help customers align their business with Oracle’s leading industry processes.
Contribute to the project plan and provide regular updates.
Partner with customers to design and create prototypes on Oracle Cloud.
Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions, managing service requests to closure.
Identify risks, evaluate options, and execute remediation strategies to avoid roadblocks.
Coach and lead customer and ArcLight project resources to ensure quality delivery.
Continuously improve delivery models and assets to increase efficiency.
Maintain Oracle Implementation certifications and stay current on industry trends.
