Requirements

- Proficiency in design tokens, component architecture, and mapping design systems to code.
- Experience shipping on cross-functional teams where design and engineering overlap.
- Strong communication skills across both design and engineering disciplines.
- Track record of operating in fluid environments and contributing to team processes.
Responsibilities
- Define what modern design-to-code looks like at OnePay.
- Generate production-ready components directly.
- Utilize AI coding tools to push the team past traditional spec-based handoff.
- Translate design concepts into code, serving as a bridge between design and engineering teams.
- Manage and maintain design tokens, component architecture, and design systems.
- Identify and resolve implementation issues to ensure design fidelity.
