Requirements
- Proven experience identifying, designing, building, and shipping high-quality production web applications.
- Expertise in building with React and TypeScript in large, existing codebases.
- Strong visual and interaction craft with a focus on making data-rich products understandable.
- Ability to work fluidly across graphical interfaces, CLI workflows, and API behaviors.
- Demonstrated ability to treat accessibility, performance, and failure recovery as essential design components.
- Proficiency in using customer research and data to drive product decisions and communicate design reasoning.
- Experience using coding agents in daily workflows with the ability to verify, test, and debug the outputs.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to challenge ideas and adapt to changing evidence.
Responsibilities
- Own product design and frontend implementation for the user journey from model discovery to production operation.
- Design and build production experiences across web dashboards, CLI tools, and APIs.
- Simplify complex technical concepts like credentials, routing, budgets, and logs into understandable patterns.
- Talk directly with customers and analyze product data to define success and make informed design tradeoffs.
- Take ownership of post-launch quality, including accessibility, performance, resilience, and instrumentation.
- Use coding agents to prototype and implement ideas, while maintaining responsibility for testing and debugging.
