Requirements
- Proven ability to write high-quality content for a technical audience.
- 3+ years of experience in technical content, growth engineering, marketing engineering, GTM engineering, DevRel, or related fields.
- Deep expertise in prompt engineering, including multi-step LLM pipelines, structured outputs, and evaluation systems.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript to build autonomous agentic workflows.
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and databases.
- Data fluency to understand and write about data pipelines, quality, and warehouses.
- Strong generalist instinct to identify and solve operational constraints.
- Ability to work independently in a distributed, async team environment.
- Fluent English skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating technical writing ability.
Responsibilities
- Build automated systems and pipelines to produce technical blogs, webinars, and product videos at scale.
- Develop multi-step LLM pipelines with structured outputs and evaluations to ensure high-quality, non-generic content.
- Collaborate with founders and customer engineers to extract and publish technical expertise and customer insights.
- Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle while maintaining distinct voices for different internal stakeholders.
- Use data fluency to create credible content for data engineers and CDOs regarding pipelines, data quality, and warehouses.
- Iterate on automated content workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and move beyond manual production.
