Requirements
- Hands-on ownership of infrastructure under an LLM-based product, such as agent runtime, context or state management, orchestration, or evaluation and tracing.
- Proven experience shipping LLM features to production, including managing tradeoffs regarding latency, cost, and model behavior.
- Modern full-stack development skills using TypeScript and/or Python.
- Experience integrating foundation-model APIs and tool calling into production applications.
- Practical habits for evaluation and tracing to learn from model performance in real-world scenarios.
- Ability to explain technical decisions to product, design, and domain experts.
- Capacity to turn complex problems into reusable technical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Harden the AI platform for reuse by standardizing context management, agent state, sandboxed execution, and model routing across multiple products.
- Design state management and deployment patterns to ensure long-running agent tasks are safe, inspectable, and resilient to restarts.
- Build secure mechanisms for packaging and retrieving context in zero-trust execution environments.
- Optimize model routing and subagent orchestration to lower task costs and manage token usage as volume grows.
- Reduce unplanned platform work for product teams to accelerate feature development.
- Document, test, and trace shared patterns to ensure ecosystem maintainability and prevent regressions.
