SalaryCA$145.4K - CA$193.8K; This is the range for the base compensation. This role is eligible for bonus and equity.

Requirements
- Track record of designing and launching MCP servers, APIs, and other integrations that connect systems together.
- Experience shipping enterprise integrations or connectors in a B2B SaaS context.
- Working knowledge of API design, MCP server architecture, auth, data contracts, and versioning.
- Working knowledge of LLMs and agent frameworks.
- Comfortable in technical details to be a credible thought partner to engineering.
- Strong product discovery, prioritization, and execution skills in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Metrics-driven approach to product development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision for your ownership scope.
- Translate company objectives, overall product vision, and market opportunity into a roadmap that sequences from early validation to scaled adoption.
- Collaborate closely with partners in design and engineering to create a strongly aligned and focused team.
- Drive discovery to validate problem, solution, and willingness-to-pay.
- Partner closely with engineering on API design, MCP server, tool, and skills architecture, connectors, auth, and data contracts.
- Design for interoperability and trust to expose Loopio's knowledge to other AI assistants and agent frameworks.
- Drive adoption post-launch and own the realization of customer and business outcomes.
