Requirements
- Significant product management experience, ideally including leadership of B2C products, platforms, or portfolios.
- Proven experience defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing Product Managers, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, growth strategies, conversion funnels, and customer lifecycle optimization in B2C environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, experimentation, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform product decisions.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design/UX, Analytics, and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to move effectively between high-level portfolio strategy and hands-on product problem-solving.
- Experience using AI, generative AI, automation, or other emerging technologies within product development is highly valuable.
- Strong customer discovery, strategic thinking, experimentation, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to create clarity around complex decisions and trade-offs.
- Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams and collaborate across time zones.
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment using a combination of live and asynchronous communication.
- Strong ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous-learning mindset.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product strategy and a clear portfolio of opportunities across multiple B2C product teams.
- Lead and develop a team of four Product Managers, including two Product Managers and two Senior Product Managers.
- Support hiring, coaching, performance management, career development, and continuous improvement in product management capabilities.
- Coach Product Managers on customer discovery, strategic thinking, experimentation, execution, and measurable business impact.
- Partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Analytics to establish priorities and allocate resources effectively.
- Resolve cross-functional dependencies, trade-offs, and competing priorities across the product portfolio.
- Improve the quality and speed of product decision-making by helping teams translate customer insights into validated learning.
- Enable Product Managers to operate with autonomy while maintaining alignment, accountability, and consistent portfolio direction.
- Use AI and emerging technologies throughout the product development lifecycle to accelerate research, prototyping, experimentation, and learning.
- Establish clear success measures and monitor portfolio performance against business and customer outcomes.
- Provide senior stakeholders with clear visibility into portfolio direction, priorities, trade-offs, progress, and performance.
- Drive initiatives that improve customer acquisition, conversion, revenue, profitability, and customer lifetime value.
