Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product or business analytics.
- Strong SQL skills, including multi-CTE queries, window functions, and cohort analysis.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses like ClickHouse and Snowflake.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Superset or Tableau.
- Experience with product analytics platforms like Pendo, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Ability to use Python or R for advanced analysis.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, retention, ARPU).
- Statistical knowledge for experiment design and analysis.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Experience analyzing AI/LLM products, token consumption, or model costs is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with usage-based pricing models and dbt is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own the recurring business review for the AI product portfolio.
- Define, document, and maintain consistent metrics for AI products.
- Build and maintain datasets, charts, and dashboards in Superset.
- Perform advanced SQL analysis for business decision-making.
- Track product performance against annual operating plans.
- Analyze retention, cohorts, and adoption funnels to identify user behavioral patterns.
- Calculate AI unit economics, including token consumption and model-level costs.
- Measure product quality via evaluation results and version comparisons.
- Partner with product managers to define instrumentation requirements.
