Requirements
- Experience shipping customer-facing and platform products.
- Proven ownership of a product or a major product component.
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects.
- Technical fluency to discuss architecture and tradeoffs with engineering teams.
- Systems thinking skills to distill complex use cases into simple solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to extract insights from raw qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ability to build business cases and map complex workflows.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and strategy for acquiring and serving high-net-worth clients.
- Lead the planning, development, launch, and iteration of the Tiers program.
- Build personalized, in-product experiences to encourage financial consolidation.
- Manage the funding and consolidation funnel from initial onboarding to full relationship.
- Support a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists.
- Partner with stakeholders in Marketing, Operations, Client Experience, and Legal.
