Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience.
- 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven track record of managing global procurement strategy and multi-region spend.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizations toward IPO and/or SOX readiness.
- Deep understanding of procurement technology, specifically NetSuite and Tipalti.
- Extensive experience managing global Travel & Expense programs and corporate card ecosystems.
- Strong ability to analyze complex procurement data and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
- Excellent communication and executive-level influencing skills.
- Proven experience building and mentoring globally-distributed teams.
- MBA or certifications such as CPM or CPSM are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global procurement strategies tailored for high-growth SaaS environments.
- Build a global procurement operating model ensuring consistent sourcing, governance, and standards.
- Manage and optimize strategic relationships with software vendors, including contract negotiation and renewals.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of procurement software solutions such as NetSuite and Tipalti.
- Lead the end-to-end transformation of the global Travel & Expense (T&E) function and corporate card programs.
- Establish global procurement policies, controls, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes to drive efficiency.
- Partner with finance to manage procurement budgets, track spend, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory standards across all software licensing and supplier contracts.
- Develop procurement KPIs and dashboards to evaluate strategy and guide data-driven decisions.
