Requirements
- 3-4 years of information security experience.
- Hands-on ISO 27001 internal audit experience, with a minimum of 10+ personally conducted internal audits.
- PECB ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification or a direct equivalent.
- Direct experience auditing within a modern GRC platform.
- C1 or C2 proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to explain complex technical requirements simply.
- Experience auditing or implementing TISAX, ISO 42001, NIS2, or SOC 2 (nice-to-have).
- Early-stage startup experience (Seed to Series B) (nice-to-have).
- Exposure to a modern SaaS product and cross-functional work (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Own internal audits for customers end to end, from kickoff through to the final report.
- Review and sample evidence on the Secfix platform and assess it against relevant ISO 27001 controls.
- Run customer calls and walk customers through findings and non-conformities.
- Identify non-conformities and communicate them in actionable, plain language to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent audits while keeping them on schedule.
- Maintain neutrality toward implementation to preserve audit integrity.
- Expand knowledge into TISAX and ISO 42001 and help build repeatable audit structures.
- Improve framework content, evidence examples, and guidance on the platform.
- Provide structured product feedback based on recurring issues identified during audits.
