Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency, product, or web development environment
- Strong technical background or significant experience working closely with development teams, with a focus on website projects
- Understanding of web and product development processes
- Strong problem-solving and proactive decision-making skills
- Ability to provide clear guidance and accurate recommendations on project execution, planning, and scope
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other common project management methodologies
- Excellent client communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to coordinate multiple projects
- Russian language proficiency
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Lead client communication and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the project
- Clarify client needs, requirements, and expectations
- Work closely with development teams to understand technical requirements, risks, and implementation approaches
- Translate technical information between clients and internal teams
- Proactively identify issues, dependencies, and gaps in requirements
- Collaborate closely with PM, UI/UX, design, and development teams to keep projects moving forward
