Requirements

  • Significant work experience in a digital environment.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Progressive management plus required examiner experience within Workers’ Compensation insurance industry.
  • Experience scouting, onboarding, and/or managing insurance partners and brokers.
  • Ability to quickly engage and support external employees and vendors across multiple countries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to map processes.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proactive and positive communication style.
  • Growth and problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration and management of the company’s global insurance programs specifically Worker Compensation insurance.
  • Support the renewal process for various insurance programs, ensuring timely and accurate submissions and successful negotiations.
  • Analyze and evaluate risk financing options to optimize coverage and cost-efficiency.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret insurance and risk management data for senior management reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, brokers, and insurers to address insurance and risk management needs.
  • Provide support to prospects and customers regarding Workers Compensation insurance coverage, exclusions, and risk management.
  • Maintain documentation for claims management procedures and collaborate with stakeholders to support the claim management process.
