Requirements
- Significant work experience in a digital environment.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Progressive management plus required examiner experience within Workers’ Compensation insurance industry.
- Experience scouting, onboarding, and/or managing insurance partners and brokers.
- Ability to quickly engage and support external employees and vendors across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to map processes.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proactive and positive communication style.
- Growth and problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and management of the company’s global insurance programs specifically Worker Compensation insurance.
- Support the renewal process for various insurance programs, ensuring timely and accurate submissions and successful negotiations.
- Analyze and evaluate risk financing options to optimize coverage and cost-efficiency.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret insurance and risk management data for senior management reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments, brokers, and insurers to address insurance and risk management needs.
- Provide support to prospects and customers regarding Workers Compensation insurance coverage, exclusions, and risk management.
- Maintain documentation for claims management procedures and collaborate with stakeholders to support the claim management process.
