Job Details

3-5 years of experience in Delivery Operations, Business Operations, or PMO, ideally in a software house or professional services environment.
Hands-on experience with Productive (mandatory).
Working experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
Solid understanding of forecasting, scheduling, and gross margin mechanics.
Track record of operating inside a defined process framework and enforcing it in practice.
Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with experience in spreadsheets and BI tools.
Proven cross-functional coordination across commercial and delivery teams.
Polish at native level.
English at C1 level or higher.
Nice to have: ITIL foundation or equivalent operational process background.
Nice to have: PMO, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
Nice to have: Productive or HubSpot certification.
Nice to have: SQL or BI literacy (Looker, Metabase, Power BI).
Nice to have: Experience with EVM metrics (CPI, SPI, EAC) in a project delivery context.

Run the PMO including delivery audits, adherence to delivery standards, risk reviews, and EVM discipline.
Manage scheduling and bench management, including allocation visibility, capacity planning, and bench reduction.
Maintain systems of record in Productive, managing project setups, budgets, rate cards, and time tracking hygiene.
Enforce and update SOPs across departments to ensure operational consistency.
Run margin and forecast reporting, identify revenue leakage, and escalate findings.
Build and maintain operational dashboards for delivery leads, finance, and the board.
Coordinate cross-functional operational workflows across sales, finance, legal, talent, and marketing teams.
Maintain integrations and workflow automations between Productive, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
