Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC installations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems including air balancing, duct design, VAV systems, hydronic, and controls.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently with complex inter-dependencies.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Highly developed interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support field crews, including some weekends and late-night work.
- NEBB, AABC, or TABB certification preferred.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage multiple Test and Balance projects of varying size and complexity.
- Oversee TAB and Commissioning field crews to ensure adherence to procedures and accuracy in testing.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Review air balancing and commissioning reports with the engineering team to address site deficiencies.
- Communicate status updates, findings, and recommendations to customers, project engagement managers, and executive teams.
- Manage the financial execution of assigned projects to budget and review contractor invoices for accuracy.
- Perform job close-out processes including documentation filing and post-survey approval.
