Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
- 5–7+ years of industry experience in client success, account management, consulting, or sales.
- Proven experience selling or managing accounts specifically in healthcare services.
- Demonstrated ability to drive client outcomes and revenue growth.
- Experience managing large, complex client accounts and coordinating across departments.
- Ability to conduct executive-level presentations and facilitate group discussions.
- Strong technical aptitude to lead IT and product-related discussions.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and client success platforms.
- Ability to work and manage clients independently.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Manage intake and implementation of new projects to meet go-live timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for large, strategic accounts and build executive-level relationships.
- Identify opportunities for product upsell, cross-sell, and membership growth.
- Proactively manage client renewals to minimize churn.
- Develop and deliver business reviews that demonstrate ROI and optimize platform utilization.
- Track client health metrics and address risks using data-driven insights.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Present product updates and roadmaps to external client stakeholders.
- Travel up to 25% based on client needs.
