Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Focus on marketing technology, front-end products, or customer-facing digital experiences.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts and marketing technology platforms.
- Ability to define and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of contributing to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Experience in a regulated industry (fintech/financial services) is a plus.
- Understanding of financial products and the regulatory landscape is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and execution of the marketing product roadmap, balancing strategic priorities against engineering capacity.
- Support end-to-end delivery of marketing technology initiatives, including front-end and customer-facing product development.
- Help manage and improve team workflows and operational processes to increase execution speed and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, and risk teams to plan and deliver initiatives in a regulated environment.
- Support the resolution of marketing system outages and technical escalations to minimize business impact.
- Define and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for marketing technology projects.
- Track and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing and engineering teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
