Requirements
- 3+ years of experience within the healthcare setting, working with or for health insurance plans, networks, or credentialing verification organizations.
- 2+ years of experience enrolling providers with regional or national payers.
- Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams such as Account Delivery or Provider Success.
- Proven ability to develop, document, and optimize new processes into clear documentation.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Proficiency in CRM or ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and learn new software tools (e.g., Airtable, Certify).
Responsibilities
- Scope enrollment requirements for new payer implementations.
- Submit provider enrollment applications to regional and national payers.
- Guide providers through each step of the credentialing and enrollment process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new payer launches and share operational insights.
- Develop, document, and optimize new processes into accessible documentation.
- Educate and support credentialing and enrollment associates on new processes and payers.
