Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or similar fields.
- Experience in an external customer-facing role requiring effective written and verbal communication.
- Experience managing an individual book of business independently.
- Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to understand, interpret, communicate, and impact key metrics.
- CRM experience is preferred, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience in a high-growth start-up environment is a plus.
- Prior experience in healthcare is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage an individual portfolio of providers to build meaningful relationships.
- Drive provider engagement, retention, and growth through consultative problem-solving.
- Use data and metrics to understand provider goals and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate across internal teams to improve the overall provider experience.
- Remove barriers for providers to help them build and maintain thriving practices.
