5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field.
Advanced knowledge of data analytics, statistical methodologies, mathematics, and quantitative analysis techniques.
Strong understanding of federal data sources such as PECOS, NPPES, SSA, SAM, and DOT.
Advanced SQL skills with experience querying PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Excel-based datasets.
Experience with Agile/SAFe and tools including JIRA, Confluence, Mural, and Lucidchart.
Proficiency with data visualization tools including Power BI, Grafana, and Amazon QuickSight.
Expertise in data modeling, database design, data architecture, and data mining.
Strong understanding of data quality management, data governance, and data lifecycle management practices.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Partner with program leads, customers, and technical teams to drive data-informed decision-making and analytics strategy.
Serve as the SME for data analytics, modeling, and decision-support solutions.
Manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation, integration, validation, storage, and distribution.
Design and optimize scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and automated data workflows.
Establish data quality standards, governance policies, and monitoring processes.
Apply statistical, predictive, diagnostic, and trend analysis techniques to generate actionable business insights.
Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and executive briefings to communicate findings.
