Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Hands-on knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.) and Microsoft Azure (VMs, Azure SQL, etc.).
Experience with container technologies including OpenShift, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, and Fargate.
Expertise in middleware servers such as IBM WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, JBoss, and NGINX.
Experience with integration tools like TIBCO and API platforms (Apigee, Amazon API Gateway).
Familiarity with monitoring tools including Dynatrace, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience with ServiceNow for incident and change management.
Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish proficiency for international collaboration.
Ability to work overnight shifts (22:00 to 06:00) including weekends and holidays.
Analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience in high-availability environments.

Monitor and manage alerts across Cloud, Middleware, API, and container platforms.
Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting within established SLAs and OLAs.
Administer AWS and Azure cloud environments, including standard changes and maintenance.
Support middleware and application servers across production environments.
Operate API management platforms and investigate integration incidents.
Monitor Kubernetes and OpenShift environments and containerized applications.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
