Requirements
- Proven experience managing teams of technical consultants, engineers, or other technical professionals.
- Experience in professional services, technical delivery, consulting, or enterprise technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise customer relationships and complex situations.
- Proven ability to manage customer escalations and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management and quality-control skills, including understanding of delivery governance.
- Strong experience in resource planning, capacity management, utilisation, and forecasting.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members and career-development opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Experience with enterprise cybersecurity environments is desirable.
- Experience with security technologies such as Maestro, VSX, VPN, and CloudGuard is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operational delivery activities across the India Professional Services project delivery organisation.
- Develop and execute personnel and resource management plans, balancing consultant capacity and project requirements.
- Mentor and develop consultants through regular 1:1 meetings and identification of skill development opportunities.
- Own customer escalations end-to-end and coordinate with stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
- Establish and improve operational cadence, reporting structures, and governance practices.
- Act as a key delivery partner to sales leadership, maintaining alignment on forecasting and execution.
- Support the recruitment and hiring of professional services consultants.
