Requirements
- BS/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or 8 years security domain experience without degree).
- 4+ years of experience acting as a trusted advisor in a team setting solving for business value.
- 4+ years of experience coaching other engineers or analysts.
- Experience with Federated Identity tools (Okta, Entra ID, or Ping Identity).
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools (Omada, Lumos, Sailpoint, or Saviynt).
- Deep knowledge of cloud security architectures (AWS IAM, Azure Entra ID, or GCP IAM) and least-privilege, RBAC/ABAC models.
- Experience with automation using Python, Terraform, or Powershell.
- Experience managing Non-Human Identity (NHI) such as service accounts, API keys, and bots.
- Proficiency in identity standards and protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP).
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and security standards.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to design, build, and operate solutions that continuously improve and automate security capabilities.
- Leverage data to identify security trends and metrics, and execute improvements with stakeholders.
- Lead and enhance incident response efforts, including analysis, containment, and mitigation.
- Craft and refine security program documentation, including policies, standards, and procedures.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers or analysts.
