Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Security Operations.
- 4+ years experience in eDiscovery.
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery principles (EDRM) and Legal Hold Administration.
- Deep proficiency in analyzing and querying cloud audit logs.
- Experience with unstructured data extraction, normalization, and indexing at cloud-native scale.
- Technical experience managing enterprise eDiscovery platforms, digital forensics software, and SIEM infrastructure.
- Direct experience executing data collections and maintaining digital chain-of-custody.
- Proficiency in at least one query language (e.g., SQL, ES/QL).
- Ability to script or automate in Python or Go for API integrations.
- Experience in high-sensitivity environments preferred.
- Knowledge of data classification frameworks preferred.
- Familiarity with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end eDiscovery process for the enterprise.
- Lead forensic analysis for Insider Risk investigations and coordinate digital forensics for legal activities.
- Architect and build AI-powered automation tooling for data aggregation and preservation.
- Design and tune governance policies for the eDiscovery program, investigations, and data classification.
- Support Litigation Holds by preserving relevant communications and files.
- Select, implement, and maintain eDiscovery software and digital forensics tools.
- Execute target collections and deep-dive forensic searches to extract digital evidence.
- Build automated scripts to stitch disparate user activity logs into accurate timelines.
- Structure complex data payloads into reports for Insider Risk, Human Resources, and Legal partners.
