Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, CS, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of building and shipping scalable web applications across the full stack.
- Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, and modern UI patterns.
- Experience building backend systems and designing clean APIs (GraphQL/REST).
- Proficiency in SQL for relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as RSpec, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
- Ability to work independently in an iterative Agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and delivery of high-performance APIs and end-user experiences using Ruby on Rails and React for patient and provider applications.
- Actively contribute to evolving software development and testing standards to improve technical excellence.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create high-impact features balancing UX with code complexity.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support platform reliability outside standard working hours.
- Protect user data by following security, privacy, and ethical technology practices.
