Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience.
- Focus on payments, fintech, platform, or API/infrastructure products.
- Track record of shipping impactful platform or infrastructure features in high-scale environments.
- Working understanding of PSP/gateway integrations and the authorization-to-settlement lifecycle.
- Experience with webhooks, idempotency, and reconciliation.
- Strong technical fluency with ability to partner on API design and system trade-offs.
- Familiarity with SaaS platform growth levers and developer experience.
- Ability to analyze complex transaction logs, failure reasons, and provider quirks to derive actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the roadmap for the payment orchestration platform, including orchestrator, transaction lifecycle, receipts, and webhook ingress.
- Improve authorization rates and cost efficiency through smart routing, provider selection, and failover strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, including authorizations, captures, refunds, and disputes with a focus on idempotency and integrity.
- Develop robust webhook ingress to normalize, deduplicate, and reliably fan out provider events.
- Partner with engineering to design clean, well-documented payment APIs and events.
- Drive instrumentation and monitoring for uptime, latency, and error rates to ensure platform reliability.
- Ensure system compliance with PCI, risk management, and data integrity standards.
