Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school.
- Completion of a Psychiatry residency program.
- Board-certified or Board-eligible in Psychiatry.
- Active and unrestricted medical license and DEA number in at least one of: CT, FL, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, or TX.
- Experience working with patients in an outpatient setting.
- Proven experience in psychotherapy treatment.
- Proficiency in psychotherapy modalities such as CBT or DBT.
- Experience with telehealth/telemedicine platforms.
- Strong technical aptitude for EHR and practice management systems.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management to a diverse patient caseload.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for approximately 50 patients per week.
- Deliver clinical services via a telehealth platform.
- Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Document patient sessions concurrently within an EHR.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and clinical training initiatives.
