Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, construction management, legal studies, or supply chain.
- 10+ years of commercial/transactional contracts management experience.
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience.
- 3+ years of experience working for a hyperscaler or data center developer/operator.
- Experience working in fast-paced, large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
- Proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) software.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management tools, data analytics, and BI tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability and social responsibility in supply chain management.
Responsibilities
- Create and issue RFxs for project services and evaluate supplier bids.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute complex construction and technology agreements.
- Manage contract lifecycles including renewals, extensions, amendments, and terminations.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, construction, engineering, and procurement teams on contract alignment.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities to resolve contract-related issues or disputes.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all contracts and related documentation.
