  • Experience leading or working across Training, Content, and Quality functions.
  • Demonstrated experience designing structured onboarding programs that reduce reliance on shadowing.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including experience developing managers and setting career paths.
  • Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Transformative leadership mindset with experience leveraging AI for operational effectiveness.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), and knowledge bases.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect enablement outcomes to operational KPIs.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, financial services, or insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor teams across Training, Content, and Quality, building a high-performing organization.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year strategic vision for support enablement that evolves with business growth.
  • Assess maturity and operating models of critical functions to establish clear roadmaps for scaling.
  • Redesign and own the first-year onboarding experience to accelerate ramp time and reduce attrition.
  • Build measurable new-hire curricula focusing on structured training rather than informal shadowing.
  • Establish a closed-loop feedback system between Training, Content, Quality, and Operations to address knowledge gaps.
  • Design and implement a Train-the-Trainer framework for internal and BPO teams.
  • Develop and execute an AI strategy to increase efficiency and scalability across operations.
  • Maintain internal and external knowledge bases and evaluate training performance metrics.
