Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale applications.
- Deep expertise in Core Java (preferably Java 11 or higher) and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data).
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies such as Angular or React.
- Strong experience designing and developing secure microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed enterprise systems.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL) and NoSQL/caching technologies (MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with build automation and CI/CD technologies (Gradle, Jenkins, or Tekton) and Git.
- Strong understanding of authentication and federation technologies, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, and multi-factor authentication.
- Knowledge of Role-Based (RBAC), Attribute-Based (ABAC), and Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC).
- Willingness to participate in rotational on-call support for critical and high-priority production incidents.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and access management capabilities using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
- Develop modern frontend functionality using technologies such as Angular or React.
- Build automated unit, integration, and regression tests to validate functionality and application quality.
- Manage and contribute to the product roadmap, prioritizing technical improvements and modernization initiatives.
- Monitor production systems, investigate performance issues, and participate in a rotational 24x7 on-call schedule.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and delivery tooling by automating manual processes and strengthening quality gates.
- Mentor and coach software engineers, support technical learning, and organize knowledge-sharing activities.
