Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building production web applications.
- Hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, and Python/Django.
- Deep React experience including hooks, component architecture, and state management (Redux/Zustand).
- Deep Django experience including ORM, migrations, and Django REST Framework.
- Expertise in designing and operating RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Strong PostgreSQL and relational data modeling skills.
- Mastery of modern frontend tooling (Vite, NPM) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
- Strong automated testing experience with Pytest, Vitest, and Playwright.
- Solid understanding of application and API security best practices.
- Experience deploying and operating containerized applications in cloud environments (GCP/Kubernetes are a plus).
- Proven technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain end-to-end features using React, Django, and PostgreSQL.
- Partner with Product and UX teams to build intuitive, responsive user experiences.
- Develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs and perform third-party service integrations.
- Architect reusable patterns and establish clear technical boundaries.
- Own automated testing cycles using Pytest, Vitest, and Playwright.
- Monitor and optimize system reliability, observability, and application performance.
- Drive features from discovery through deployment and production support.
- Mentor team members and enforce high engineering standards via code and design reviews.
