Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading and driving large-scale, cross-team technical initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Buildkite, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency with developer tooling including Python and Docker.
- Experience with build systems (e.g., Bazel, CMake) and compilers (e.g., Clang, GCC, NVCC).
- Proven project ownership skills with ability to manage cross-team initiatives.
- Strong understanding of operational implications of technology tradeoffs.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Strong interest in self-driving technology and its social impact.
- 5+ years of experience designing/operating production cloud systems (preferred).
- Experience with automotive systems (ADAS, Motion Control) or communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) (advantageous).
- Experience with QNX OS, QCC toolchain, or Adaptive AUTOSAR (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and improve CI/CD processes and developer workflows.
- Own complex technical projects from design through implementation and operation with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Lead large-scale initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and operate build, integration, validation, and release workflows for autonomous driving systems.
- Improve pipeline performance, observability, and efficiency through automation.
- Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Establish reusable technical solutions and drive engineering best practices.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to team recruiting activities.
