Requirements
- 8+ years of experience operating enterprise CI/CD platforms.
- At least 4 years of experience in production environments of comparable scale.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a technical delivery or platform team.
- Extensive hands-on Jenkins administration (CloudBees CI and Operations Center preferred).
- Experience operating build infrastructure on Kubernetes including autoscaling.
- Experience integrating CI/CD platforms with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Cloud.
- Proven experience leading a platform transition or migration while maintaining production continuity.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong understanding of transition planning, rollback strategies, and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with JFrog Artifactory and Xray preferred.
- CloudBees Certified Jenkins Engineer certification preferred.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator and AWS Solutions Architect Associate certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational stability, availability, and performance of a large enterprise CI/CD platform.
- Administer and configure CloudBees Jenkins Operations Center and managed controllers.
- Manage EKS-based autoscaling build-agent infrastructure.
- Maintain reliable integrations with GitHub Cloud and GitHub Enterprise.
- Lead the 90-day platform transition with a zero-production-disruption objective.
- Develop roadmaps for AI-assisted pipeline troubleshooting and automated pull-request validation.
- Guide development teams in enterprise DevOps adoption and trunk-based development.
- Establish cross-team forums, integration checkpoints, and technical knowledge-sharing activities.
