Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience supporting APIs, system integrations, and/or data exchange.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Practical experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Proven ability to coordinate work across 7 or more projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) or comparable federal agency.
- General understanding of CMS Section 508 accessibility and compliance.
- Demonstrated consultant mindset and ability to translate between business and technical perspectives.
- Active Salesforce certification(s) are a plus.
- Familiarity with software DevSecOps/DevOps pipelines and processes.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap, prioritizing enterprise features and enhancements based on business value.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and Salesforce developers.
- Gather and analyze requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops to create clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead enterprise backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide schedule inputs, identify risks, and deliver status updates to leadership.
- Manage helpdesk cases and resolve issues across technical and business teams.
- Document technical processes, workflows, and system design specifications.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, technical deep dives, and architecture discussions.
