Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Delivery Management, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Consulting, or Program Management.
- Proven experience managing a high-volume portfolio of 10–30 concurrent customer engagements or projects.
- Demonstrated ownership of measurable outcomes such as adoption, utilization, retention, or time-to-value.
- Experience assessing project scope, governance models, and delivery plans to mitigate execution risks.
- Strong background in managing escalations, recovery programs, and executive stakeholders.
- Technical fluency sufficient to evaluate implementation plans and engage with technical teams.
- Hands-on experience using AI, LLMs, or agentic AI tools to materially improve business workflows or processes.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent negotiation and influence capabilities across cross-functional and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of approximately 10–30 concurrent partner-led customer engagements, prioritizing resources based on impact, risk, and strategic importance.
- Maintain clear visibility into engagement scope, progress, customer health, and partner performance.
- Establish a weekly portfolio review rhythm to identify and intervene in at-risk or stalled engagements.
- Diagnose complex delivery and stakeholder challenges and lead structured recovery plans through to resolution.
- Hold partners accountable for delivery quality, staffing, and business outcomes.
- Develop scalable governance frameworks, playbooks, and operational methodologies to improve portfolio consistency.
- Leverage AI, LLMs, and automation to generate insights, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making.
- Present portfolio performance, risks, and recommendations to executive audiences.
