- Competence in handling digital tools and software for data entry and image manipulation.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving skills to navigate software issues or measurement challenges.
- Ability to work night shift hours (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time).
Responsibilities
- Input address and customer details into the Roofer platform to initiate roof measurements.
- Select and manage roof imagery to be used for measurement.
- Draw precise roof outlines using software tools to ensure accurate edge alignment.
- Label roof features such as eaves, valleys, hips, ridges, and rakes based on structural knowledge.
- Assign correct pitches to roof facets and integrate architectural features like dormers.
- Organize and refine measurement data using software layering and editing tools.
- Generate final roof reports and deliver them to clients or stakeholders.
- Review client and support team notes to ensure no project details are overlooked.
- Prioritize training refresher courses to maintain productivity and adapt to new procedures.
