Requirements
- At least seven years of experience at a national or regional law firm.
- Graduation from a top-tier law school or demonstration of an excellent and sustained reputation in the industry.
- Existing clients and a strong professional network.
- Ability to advise local clients with national labor and employment needs.
- Proven capability to manage direct client relationships.
- Readiness to engage in business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on municipal, state, and federal labor and employment laws.
- Prepare companies for financing rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings from an employment perspective.
- Represent clients in early-stage litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour violations.
- Develop and grow a legal practice through business development efforts.
- Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, intellectual property, and litigation practice groups.
