- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy, patience, and genuine care.
- Educate customers on savings and coverage gaps, translating complex policy details into clear choices.
- Craft tailored policy packages across Jerry's panel of 55+ carrier partners.
- Finalize insurance coverage with ease.
- Listen to customer hesitation with empathy to ensure a smooth, transparent purchasing experience.
- Share direct feedback with the product team to refine app and service offerings.
