Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2-3 years minimum customer service experience.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Reliable internet connection with speeds of 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload or better.
- Private, dedicated, and distraction-free workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adhere to assigned work schedules and attend mandatory training.
- Experience in chat sales and contact center environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answer 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently using the NICE CXOne platform.
- Consult customers on the best value for their contact lens purchases.
- Reply to incoming customer emails and MMS as required by business needs.
- Proactively communicate and engage with managers and team members in a virtual environment.
- Request prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed.
- Resolve customer issues to ensure positive experiences while meeting revenue, quality, and availability metrics.
