- Available for training in the Houston office.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers inquiring about the reverse mortgage program.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
- Qualify customers according to program guidelines including age, LTV, and homeowner status.
- Transfer qualified and interested customers to the sales team.
- Create appointments for follow-up.
- Mail information packets to customers.
- Update the Sales CRM with detailed transaction notes.
