Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- At least 3 years of experience focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
- Deep technical understanding of Salesforce metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and ISV partner ecosystem.
- Proven track record of shipping products adopted by enterprise customers in regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience writing PRDs, reviewing wireframes, and conducting sprint reviews.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape including Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, and Salto.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and security/compliance tooling.
- Perspective on AI/ML applications within Salesforce, specifically Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to C-suite audiences and write technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the multi-year product roadmap for DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva product lines.
- Translate deep Salesforce platform knowledge into paid product capabilities.
- Lead the integration and development of AI-powered DevOps capabilities using Salesforce Agentforce.
- Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers to identify pain points regarding Salesforce development, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support strategic account deals and competitive evaluations.
- Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination with engineering.
