Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in system analysis or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of REST technology.
- Proven experience in developing architecture concepts for CRM solutions.
- Practical understanding of CRM Salesforce platform.
- Familiarity with AsyncAPI protocols.
- Good command of Polish (C2 level).
- Communicative level of English.
- Basic knowledge of RabbitMQ messaging technology (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design technical and business solutions, including business architecture, for advanced CRM processes.
- Integrate REST API technologies to enhance system interoperability and data flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing CRM Salesforce functionalities.
- Utilize AsyncAPI protocols to facilitate asynchronous communication within the system.
- Support deployment and maintenance of RabbitMQ messaging solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between CRM components and external systems.
- Document technical solutions and contribute to architectural improvements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related applications.
