Requirements
- 10+ years of combined industry experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, sales engineering, or business process consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Deep understanding of integration technologies such as file transfer protocols, SOA, and Web Services APIs.
- Solid knowledge of business operations (quote to cash, supply chain management, procure to pay, accounting, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or eCommerce systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Acumatica, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon).
- Extensive experience working with external customers in a pre-sales or consulting role.
- Strong problem-solving skills to translate abstract business use cases into technical solutions.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and assignments simultaneously.
- Curiosity regarding emerging integration patterns, LLM-based architectures, and new platforms.
Responsibilities
- Craft cloud-based solutions for SaaS and legacy application integrations, including web applications and complex business process automation.
- Conduct customer and partner scoping sessions to define business needs and architect technical solutions using Celigo products.
- Author comprehensive requirements and design documents defining methods of integration, assumptions, customizations, and use cases.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer to help shape product design and delivery.
- Deliver business process assessments and design documentation throughout the project lifecycle in coordination with project managers.
- Architect repeatable, productized integration solutions for reuse by service teams and partners.
- Provide high-level architecture designs and roadmaps as a subject matter expert on consulting projects.
